4. Client Representations

By engaging AZ12 GROUP LLC, the client represents that its use of the services complies with this Policy and with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Reporting Violations

Suspected violations may be reported to legal@az12group.com.

6. Enforcement

AZ12 GROUP LLC reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access or services, without prior notice where necessary.

7. Changes to this Policy

AZ12 GROUP LLC may update this Policy from time to time. Changes take effect as of the revised effective date.
